I should point out that I perceive temperatures to be colder than most people do. It has to get pretty hot before I stop feeling cold, and I tend to feel most things as "nicely warm" until it gets really hot. I am also basing it on outdoors temperatures - central heating and/or air conditioning temperatures feel very different to being outside with the tempeature showing the same.

I prefer cold and wet. (I don't mind humidity when it's not hot; if I have to have heat I'll go for dry heat.)

Neither hot nor cold, dry but not arid...

I originally selected 'cold' as well as wet, before reaching the bit about 'how cold is cold?'

I then realised there are two kinds of cold, 'cold' and COLD, the latter of which is the answer I gave; the former of which is what most other people perceive as 'cold' for the time of year, yet suits me pretty happily as long as I have a woolly jumper and/or snuggly coat.

I selected "cold" and then the temperature I'd actually like it to be (outside, at least) rather than what I would actually consider cold. (I'm not sure other people would really consider it cold either, just colder than their comfort zone.) Because I was treating it as a clarification to my previous answer rather than an independent question.

I like weather to be not extremes at all, so I put 'hot' as 'the temperature I start to feel uncomfortably warm' and 'cold' as 'the temperature I often need my face wrapped up to go outside'. I'm not sure about humid and arid 'cos I've never paid much attention to humidity percentages; dry heat is definitely better than wet heat because at least you can just constantly drink water rather than being unable to move because you can't lose heat. When it's cold I don't think it matters so much.
