2005/03/27 23:10:00 - Fandom Pairing Meme…
I'm no </a></b></a>mctabby, but after seeing her response to my 'challenge' in her copy of this meme I felt I had to give it a go, so...

  1. Comment with any ship from a fandom that you know I like, or at least have some knowledge about.

  2. I will ramble for 100 words about aforementioned ship. This may be incoherent gushing or exclamations of disgust, depending on what it is.

  3. Put this on your LJ, if you are so inclined.

Uh, yeah. I was reading in a crappy font, ok :)

Anyone feel free to suggest Spike/anyone else if you *want* but Risa and I argued for half an hour last night, and couldn't think of anyone else who deserved him. (William was mooted, but that was just *ick*. Angel is an obvious possibility, but requires startling finess to make seem plausible. Buffy would be great, but isn't exactly ship :))

The ultimate expression of the terran/zerg crossover can be said to be in the "Queen of Blades" cerebrate strain.

This strain was produced by injection of Zerg mutagens into test subject number 174 (which identifies itself as "Sarah Kerrigan"). This test subject had already been exposed to Terran mutagens of an unknown origin.

The resultant organism was capable of hiding itself from observation by other organisms (often incorrectly known as "cloaking") and possessed a fearsome close-combat ability.

Unfortunately the structure of the manipulatory appendages (known as "hands") was modified during the experiment and thus the organism is incapable of using the standard Terran "Ghost" issued rifle. This is unfortunate, but the ammunition proved impossible to replace using Zerg manufacturing techniques anyway.

Psychological evaluation of the organism indicates that it has few restraints and is driven by an urge to dominate other liveforms. The organism exhibits an almost orgasmic pleasure when it outwits others, particularly those the former "Susan Kerrigan" would have considered "friends".

We recommend that this organism be utilised with care, and that the Overmind should terminate its existence at any sign of treachery.

Thank you. I've now worked out what he was talking about! I was also thinking in terms of vessels which sail on the sea!
